Mark Adams is a Principal Partner at Salin Law Firm.
Mark Adams has over fifteen years of experience in handling complex and high-stakes commercial and other litigation matters. His practice focuses on international capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate law matters. Much of his practice involves representing issuers and underwriters in IPOs and other public and private debt and equity offerings, including rights offerings and offerings of debt, and convertible, exchangeable and equity-linked securities. His experience includes transactions involving companies in a variety of industries, including the financial services, internet, biotech, telecommunications, technology, oil and gas, and housing sectors. He has successfully litigated trials to conclusion in his clients’ favor, and otherwise led litigation teams in a wide variety of matters.
Mark Adams received his J.D., from George Washington University Law School, and graduated from James Madison University with a B.A. in Political Science.
Licensed in Los Angeles and the District of Columbia, and serving as counsel in Virginia Courts on a pro hac vice basis, Mark Adams has successfully litigated multiple trials in the Superior Court for the United States od America, drafted successful appellate briefs and successfully litigated actions in the United States District Courts, Adams has achieved varied success across many areas of commercial litigation including successfully defending multi-million dollar claims, obtaining millions of dollars in awards in commercial disputes, and millions of dollars in settlements for various plaintiffs and claimants.
In addition to his courtroom experience, He has successfully represented the interests of many clients,
including many dozens of hospitality clients and multiple construction companies.
Mark Adams has translated his extensive experience and expertise into unparalleled success for his clients
inside and outside of the courtroom. While extremely successful in litigating disputes, He also exemplifies the Salin mission statement by acting as a business lawyer first and foremost by keeping the client’s business interests as the highest priority in any dispute and remaining mindful of costs to the
