Catrisano Domenico is the principal partner of Salin Law. He enrolled with the Bar Council of Catania. He focuses his practice on administrative law (in particular public procurement and competition law), Corporate Law (company incorporation, articles of association, dissolution, termination and liability of directors) and Banking Law (compound interest, usury banking).

After graduating from the University of Catania, he successfully completed the traineeship with two important law firms in Catania and Milan, during which his professional capabilities and knowledge of Administrative Law and Commercial Law matters have been enhanced.

As an adjunct to his interest in Corporate and Commercial Law, Catrisano Domenico has been a member of the academic staff of the Commercial Law Chair at the Department of Economics and Business of the University of Catania.

He obtained a Master's Degree in "Corporate Law" from the University "Luiss Guido Carli" of Rome and he also won a research grant from the Foundation "Bruno Visentini" in Rome for a research project on "banking foundations".

Catrisano Domenico has represented clients in hundreds of business transactions over the years. In addition to the typical legal work involved in negotiating and drafting documents and facilitating the settlement of transactions, He frequently negotiates between the businesses he represents and community members living near them.

Catrisano Domenico is an Italian native speaker and speaks fluent English.
